All generations of SuperPods are backward compatible.
But, to take full advantage of the wider 6GHz spectrum, all access points need to be WiFi 6E compatible. For the best experience, we recommend upgrading your entire network to SuperPods with WiFi 6E versus mixing and matching.
How do I know if my devices have WiFi 6E compatibility?
To see if a smart device is WiFi 6E compatible, you’ll need to consult its specs. New devices that feature WiFi 6E include Google Pixel 6, Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra, and Galaxy Z Fold 3 5G.
